Team Track - competitive

  

Join our Fourth Grade Competition Dance Team and experience the excitement of competitive dance in jazz. This team competes in two jazz competitions throughout the year, showcasing precision, energy, and teamwork. In addition to their competition routines, dancers will perform lyrical and hip hop routines at the annual spring recital, including an exciting opening number to kick off the show. This well-rounded program provides opportunities for growth in multiple dance styles while emphasizing performance quality and confidence-building.For added convenience, an instructor will meet the dancers at school and walk them over to the studio for practice, ensuring a smooth and safe transition from school to dance. Join us for a year of fun, hard work, and unforgettable performances!

 

Take the Stage Track - non competitve

 

Join our exciting dance class designed specifically for 3rd and 4th graders, where students will explore the dynamic world of lyrical, tap, and jazz! This non-competitive program nurtures creativity, skill development, and confidence through a balanced curriculum that introduces dancers to three unique and expressive styles:

• Lyrical Dance: Emphasizing emotion and storytelling, students will learn graceful movements that blend ballet and jazz techniques, helping them connect to the music and express themselves through dance.

• Tap Dance: With rhythmic footwork and energetic routines, tap classes will focus on timing, precision, and the joy of creating percussive sounds with every step.

• Jazz Dance: Full of energy and fun, our jazz segment will teach students to combine sharp and fluid movements, improve coordination, and explore dynamic choreography.

The season concludes with a spectacular spring recital where each dancer will showcase their talent and hard work, performing in all three genres. This class fosters a supportive and enjoyable environment, perfect for young dancers looking to grow and shine on stage.

 

Solos, duos and trios

 

Dancers can sign up for a solo, duo or trio practice in fourth grade. Dancers will perform these routines at recital only.
